Calendar of Ramoji Film City Events

1. Shub Sankranti
This event is conducted during Sankranthi festival in the month of January. This event involves Sankranthi celebrations at Ramoji Film City with a traditional approach. Kite flying competitions, Rangoli competitions, Traditional food fest etc. will be a part of this event.


2. Chamakte Sitare
This event is conducted during the summer vacations for Children. This is a professional summer training camp conducted for a period of 9 days at Ramoji Film City. Children from all over India participate in this event. Various training programs for children like Painting, Anchoring, Acting, Dancing, Film making, Photography, Snake shows, Adventure games, etc. will be conducted during this event.


3. Fun under the Sun
This is a holiday package offered for tourists during summer. This package includes a 2 nights and 3 days stay at Ramoji Film City. Tourists can stay at any of our hotels during the summer and enjoy the exclusive guided tour, live entertainment shows, rain dances, view of illuminated Ramoji Film City, DJ evenings, and adventure sports. 4. Monsoon Carnival
This is a holiday package offered for tourists during Monsoon. This is almost similar to "Fun under the Sun" package but will be based on the Monsoon season. ourists can stay at any of our hotels during the summer and enjoy the exclusive guided tour, live entertainment shows, rain dances, view of illuminated Ramoji Film City, DJ evenings, and adventure sports. Thematic entertainment and dinners also form a part of this event.


5. Fundoofest
This is event is conducted in the month of November for Schools. Many schools from all over India participate in this event. This involves lot of games, competitions, gifts and many more surprises for the school children. Group of children from schools can register themselves for this event. Only Schools can participate in this event, not individual children.


6. Diwali Carnival
This event is a holiday package for tourists, conducted during Diwali festival in the month of Oct / Nov. Tourists can stay at any of our hotels and enjoy the grand Diwali celebrations at Ramoji Film City. The activities include diwali related poojas, burning of firecrackers, theme dinners, live entertainment shows, and many more special programs. Celebrate Diwali in a Grand way.


7. Christmas Carnival
This event is conducted during Christmas festival in the month of December. This is again a holiday package for tourists which involves stay at any of our hotels with elaborate Christmas celebrations. 8. New Year Celebrations
This event is conducted during the last week of December. This is a holiday package for tourists. Tourists can stay at any of our hotels and enjoy the longest New Year celebrations ever, right from 23rd December onwards. There would be Cake cutting, Theme dinners and live entertainment programs every evening. And on 31st December would unveil an extravagant live performance night at Ramoji Film City.
